On October 14, the 25th Korea-China Forum for the Future will be held by the KF and the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs.
The forum was launched in 1994 to enable bilateral consultations among prominent leaders and opinion makers from the government and private sector. The meeting, held alternately between the two countries, has participants discuss major issues and form closer bonds.
This year, the forum will be held online to strengthen future-oriented mutual cooperation despite the crisis triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic. In-depth discussions will take place on peace on the Korean peninsula, Korea-China relations, and on how to step up Korean-Chinese cooperation to overcome the pandemic.
