KF Changing to Become More Customer Focused

In July 2013, the Foundation set up the KF Application Portal (apply.kf.or.kr) and has been operating it ever since for the convenience of individuals and organizations who are interested in the variety of the programs that the Foundation offers. In addition to information about Foundation programs, the application portal is the place where applications are prepared and submitted and also provides comprehensive online information about the progress of applications, allowing users to confirm that their applications have been received and reviewed. In addition, the Foundation operates a Help Desk that is responsible for answering user queries and addressing their complaints. The Foundation will continue making an effort to run its program in a customer-centered way.
